Small service businesses run on paperwork. I am building the thing that replaces it.

Syrvos keeps quotes, clients, invoices and payments in one place, so the admin stops eating your nights.

One email when it opens. Nothing else.

What I am building

SyrvosPre-launch

Quote a job, send it, get paid. Without three apps, two logins and a paper book.

  • Quotes that go out looking right and become invoices without retyping anything
  • Every client, job and conversation in one place instead of five group chats
  • Invoices, subscriptions and card payments, taken online
  • A client portal with your name on it, not mine

Why I am building it

I kept watching small service businesses lose money to their own admin. Not because the work was bad. The work was usually excellent.

The paperwork around it was the problem. Quotes written out twice. Jobs tracked in a group chat nobody could search. Invoices going out three weeks late because there was never a spare hour to send them.

Every tool built to fix that was priced for companies ten times their size and shaped for people who enjoy software. Most of these businesses do not enjoy software. They would like to finish at four.

So I started building the one I kept describing out loud. Syrvos is that. It is not finished, I am building it on my own, and when it opens the early access list goes first.

Shipped recently

Pre-launch is easy to fake, so here is the actual log. These are recent highlights, written plainly. The full record is generated straight from the commit history.

  1. One command now proves a new feature is wired end to end before it ships
  2. Feature access is tested against every switch that can turn it on or off
  3. Releases now report which accounts a change would touch, before it goes out
  4. Contacts finally got the screen that capability had been missing
  5. Tenants now get told before their plan changes underneath them
